Marathon Oil Company Office

This was a 3,200 SF office building in Kenai, competitively bid as a design/build. This project went very smoothly and the owner was very pleased with the process and the end result.

Because Marathon Oil is very proactive with safety, the important feature in this project was safety. This building was directly by the front gate of the facility, where hundreds of workers drove by daily. At Marathon Oil they encourage each employee to be on the look-out for safety issues, consequently, each one of the people that drove by the project had the power to issue a stop work order if they saw something that was questionable and make certain it was taken care of before work commenced.

The entire Blazy Construction crew demonstrated outstanding skill and craftsmanship, which resulted in a facility that has met and exceeded our expectations. From the designing stages and throughout the entire building process, everyone involved in this project was very attentive to the details, which made the finished building extremely functional, spacious and attractive.

I would highly recommend Blazy Construction to those who are considering any type of design-build project and I would welcome the opportunity to work with them again in the future.
