Kenai River Center

This project was a 10,000 square foot structure. A single story wood framed building it was built as an administrate office complex.

Although the basic structural design is somewhat different than the proposed project we feel this building had many features that could be incorporated into the new project such as extensive aluminum storefront, in slab radiant heat, operable partition panels, extensive casework and extensive site work.

This project was completed in 290 days (4 days ahead of schedule) at a cost of $1,618,567.00.

The on site representative for the Borough at that time was Rich Rigss. Rich now works for the City of Sitka and can be reached at 907-747-1823. Mr. Keating was the project estimator and Mr. Nelson was the Project Manager. As in the previous project our pre-construction service was limited because this project was an Invitation to Bid procurement.
