Homer Seniors 8-Plex

On this project we were requested to provide a cost estimate to accompany a schematic drawn by the architect for grant proposal. Once the owner secured the grant for construction funding they elected to use Blazy as the contractor. We worked closely with Mr. Lau and Bill Kluge to keep this project within the funds available.

This is an eight unit two-story wood framed structure. Because of limited funds initially we did not have sufficient fund for all eight units the owner desired. The building was designed for the eight units and we only planned to complete six until additional funding was secured.
