Auke Bay Integrated Science Building – Juneau, AK
Two-story, 11,200 square foot classroom, office, and laboratory building. In addition to lab and storage spaces, the new building features a 40-student classroom, several faculty offices, an open workspace, a collaboration space, and more.
Kenaitze Education Center – Kenai, AK
The 67,000-square-foot building, includes education and other community spaces. The building is laid out in two wings connected by an interior plaza. The education wing has classrooms and meeting spaces for the Tribe’s Early Learning preschool, K-12 Yaghanen Youth Language and Culture Program, Community Education and Career Training, and the Dena’ina Language Institute. The second wing supports school and community activities, featuring a multipurpose room with a second-floor running track.
Kenai Municipal Airport – Kenai, AK
This project involved interior/exterior renovations of approximately 26,000 SF of terminal space and a 2,300 SF expansion for new arrivals, ticketed passenger waiting, and baggage handling areas. Work included replacing or upgrading all interior/exterior finishes, most mechanical and electrical systems, and baggage handling systems throughout the terminal. Space was added to the tarmac side of the terminal, with a new two‐story addition on the front of the building containing a new IT room and hallway to the upstairs lounge.
